Future Home Buyer & Candidate Application Form

I, the undersigned applicant, hereby apply for the opportunity to purchase real estate. By agreeing to the terms below, I warrant the accuracy of the information provided. I hereby further authorize screening of my references and credit usage. Inaccurate or false information will nulify the signed and binding Purchase Agreement. The buyer will be in breech of contract and subject to all legal remedies thereafter, and will forfeit all monies he/she has paid. There will be an application processing fee of $25.00 and a $50.00 credit assessment charge. In the event that you agree to participate in the program, the credit assessment fee will be credited towards the overall cost of your credit repair. By acknowledging to the terms and conditions at the bottom of this form, you agree to pay these fees/charges.

This application, when completed, allows us to determine what level of support, if any, each person needs in order for them to become a Future Home buyer.
