1. a non-refundable application fee of $25 and a credit assessment fee of $50.
2. a completed Future Home Buyer & Candidate Application Form.

You will have access to:

1. credit counseling service.
2. life skills assessment.
3. establishing bank accounts, if needed.
   

Our review process takes a few days.  Once we have completed our review and provided all information is given and is accurate, we will then show case you our available residences, and you can choose from our many options as to which one best fits your needs.
