Hello and welcome to Atlanta Properties For Sale.  We are a company based in Atlanta and have an ever expanding number of properties available for sale.

Our company consists of three divisions being:

Property Investment and Development Division

This Division's goal is to seek out existing residential properties with renovation or redevelopment opportunities, and to oversee the transformation of those properties into top quality living environments through creative design.

Project Management  and Renovation Division

This Division's mission is to utilize world class project management and interior design processes and skills in order to recruit and manage top construction and renovation teams.  Also to complete projects on time within budget, and to utilize these skills to transform the Property Investment Division's often vandalized properties, into top quality living environments.

Property Management Division

This object of this Division is to be the leading residential property management organization in the Atlanta area, by delighting our existing and potential tenants, and new home owners, with a total commitment to innovative, responsive and effective leases, lease to own, and ownership programs.

Our People

Jason Picciano
Director of Operations

A serial entrepreneur of over 25 years in the high tech, service and transportation industries, Jason Picciano possesses over 12 years of real estate experience.  Beginning with negotiating property acquisitions and loan cramdowns with the RTC in Texas, to creating investor-oriented marketing methodologies focused on single family residence (SFR) strategies.  He has extensive property management and development experience in retail, residential, and commercially zoned properties, including working with the FBO of a regional airport.  Where he successfully transitioned several distressed properties back to the marketplace worth millions of dollars.

More recently Jason consulted on the development of a web-based real-time data source technology solution.  He has conducted seminars on the integration of real-time data and its relevance and value in today’s marketplace.   He has been on the local ABC affiliate and Fox Business News, as well as being  interviewed by the Atlanta and surrounding area newspapers relating to the impact foreclosure activity has on market values.   He is committed to re-engaging those homeowners that have been victims of the current downward cycle so that they too can experience all the benefits of being homeowners again.  He resides in Cobb county with his wife and daughter.

Larry Miller

 Mr. Miller, Atlanta Property’s senior analyst and credit coach, is responsible for our buyer’s credit consultancy and worthiness.  While the Federal home buyer tax credit was in effect, he also managed each buyer’s tax return processing.   It critical component to the company’s overall success is the depth of relationship we have with each of our buyers.  It is Mr. Miller’s commitment to personalized customer relations that has made a significant differentiator for us in the market.   Mr. Miller brings nearly twenty years of consumer credit and analysis experience to the company.  Prior to moving to the Atlanta area in 2009, he worked for a regional home builder in the Detroit area as their senior mortgage consultant/loan officer for five years.  He prepared buyers with owner financing for permanent bank loans.  While living in Dallas, Texas, Larry worked for a Fortune 500 company as a credit analyst for nearly ten years.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Management and Organizational development.

 

Felipe Garcia

Project manger

Mr. Garcia is one of the company’s renovation project leads.  Felipe has over 22 years of both residential and commercial construction experience.   He started, as most construction foreman, as a journeyman.  Systematically, Felipe has learned all the latest methodologies necessary to be a top notch Project Lead for Atlanta Property’s renovation division.   He brings a unique resourcefulness and creative approach when it comes to implementing alternative solutions. This is a strong skill set for the renovation/remodeling strategy.   Prior to joining us in 4th quarter 2009, he worked with several different high-end local builders on homes ranging from mid-$500,000 to $1,000,000.  

Brandy McCall
Director of Property Management

We are very proud to announce the recent addition of Mrs. Brandy McCall to our management team. Her knowledge and experience provides invaluable intangibles to our post acquisition phase of our multi-family strategy.

Brandy McCall has been focused on the multi-family segment of the industry since 2000.  While based in Atlanta, Georgia, Brandy has a proven track record regarding maximizing net operating income through high occupancy, aggressive rents and superlative resident retention. She is responsible for the Atlanta Properties 4 Sale multi-family management operations.

Brandy has experience turning around all property types from A to D class and in many diverse markets. It was this success that afforded her the opportunity to develop and improve the marketing and operational plans for each property. Brandy has experience in both owner managed portfolios as well a background in the REIT environment. For the past couple of years, she has primarily worked on under-performing and bank-owned properties, working towards the specific goal of transitioning the property back to private ownership.
